Abstract
The present Order is made under the Farm Products Marekting Act and under the Manitoba Chicken Broiler Producers Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 246/2004). In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the market allotment of broiler chicken quota to farmers in Manitoba.
