Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to the prohibition of manufacturing, processing, using, offering for sale or importing chlorobiphenyls and to its concentration in any liquid substance. The text consists of 6 sections.

The present Regulations are current to 24 March 2010.All previous Regulations on the same subject are repealed.
