Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition of gasoline and to the compliance with official standards. The text consists of 12 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Compliance requirements for gasoline (1); Administrative requirements (2). Two Schedules are enclosed.
