Co-operative Corporations Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. C.35)

This Act provides for the description of a cooperative and dictates how cooperatives must operate; this include incorporation, name, head office, powers, capital, redemption, membership, members' rights and liabilities, meetings, records, director office, financial statements, investigation, amalgamation, continuation, dissolution, among others.
