Code of Practice for the Concrete and Concrete Products Industry (B.C. Reg. 329/2007).

The present Code of practice enacts the Environmental Management Act. The Code lays down provisions relating to the discharge from the concrete and concrete products industry. Section 5 establishes that a person operating an establishment must ensure that waste concrete is not disposed of in a manner that causes pollution.
