Abstract
The present Regulation introduces some amendments to the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Marketing Plan (Man. Reg. 89/2004). In particular, the Regulation amends section 28 dealing with non-application establishing that the Regulation does not apply to a person if the person ordinarily resides on the same parcel of land on which a facility for the production of the regulated product is located.
