Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Farming and Fishing Industries Development Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees to be paid to the Dairy Industry Development Council by dairy producers. In particular, section 2 establishes that every producer must pay to the Council the levy established by the Council under section 4 (1) of the Act. The text consists of 3 sections as follows: Definitions (1); payment of levy (2); Collection and remittance of levy (3).
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 February 2003.
