Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Dairy Act (Chapter D10). In particular, it concerns the dairy industry in Manitoba. The text consists of 147 sections divided into 13 Parts as follows: Minimum requirements for a dairy plant (I); Method of manufacture (II); Grading of cream or milk (III); Sampling and testing milk and milk products (IV); Qualifications for buttermakers, cheesemaker’s and milk pasteurizer operator’s licence (V); General (VI); Orders and compositional standards of dairy products (VII); Microbiological standards of dairy products (VIII); Bulk milk transport construction and bulk milk transport operation (IX); Requirements for buildings, equipment. operation. licensing, inspection, and herd health for dairy farms (X); Grades and standards for raw milk (XI); Application (XII); Fees (XIII).
