Deep Well Disposal (R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 341).

These Regulations concerns the discharge of liquid waste into a deep well; the Regulations prescribe standards for the location, maintenance and operation of a deep well disposal, such as access roads, procedures, monitoring, record-keeping, etc., and fees.
