Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to the definition of words and expressions used in the above-mentioned Act, such as, for example, “private residence”, “regulated non-municipal drinking water system”, “equipment installed in plumbing to treat water”, “treatment equipment installed in plumbing”, etc.
