Designation of Regulatory Provisions for Purposes of Enforcement (Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994) Regulations (SOR/2017-108)

Under this regulation, the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 12 (1)(l) a of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994b, makes the annexed Designation of Regulatory Provisions for Purposes of Enforcement (Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994) Regulations.
