Abstract
A Regulation to govern the disposal of dead animals. The Regulation prescribes requirements for owners and operators of rendering plants (sect. 3) and prohibits the use of dead animals as feed for other food producing animals unless (a) the material from the dead animal has been properly rendered at a licensed rendering plant or (b) the feeding of the material is a recognized means of stimulating natural immunity for specific disease conditions (sect. 5).
