These Regulations establish the threshold amount of a farming business for the purposes of subsection 2 (1) of the Farm Registration and Farm Organizations Funding Act, 1993 (S.O.1993, c. 21) (Requirement to obtain farming business registration number). The Regulations distinguish between a new applicant and an existing applicant.
