Abstract
These Regulations establish that the director may issue a permit for the purpose of conducting an activity of a scientific, research or educational nature within an ecological reserve. The director may require the holder of a permit to provide the director and the committee with a report respecting any activities undertaken by the holder under the permit by a specified deadline, and the director may require the holder to address specific issues in the report. The director may cancel a permit if he or she determines that the holder has failed to comply with the Act, this regulation or any term or condition imposed on the permit. The Regulations also identify ecological reserves where entry is permitted, and specific permitted activities in certain reserves.
