Egg and Pullet Penalty Levies Regulation re Quality Assurance Program Compliance (Man. Reg. 123/2012).

The present Regulation is enacted under the Farm Products Marketing Act and the Manitoba Egg and Pullet Producers Marketing Plan Regulation. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the raising or keeping of laying hens and pullets by producers in facilities without having obtained a compliance certificate under the provisions of the quality assurance programme of the Board.
