Egg Farmers of Alberta Federal Authorization Order (Alta Reg. 27/2014).

The present Order is made under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. Section 2 establishes that the Marketing Council hereby authorizes the Commodity Board to perform all functions and duties and exercise all powers imposed or conferred on the Commodity Board under the Canada Act, the Federal Provincial Agreement, the Federal Order and the Grant of Authority.
