Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 14 of the Agricultural Produce Grading Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the grading of egg products. Section 2 establishes that all egg product sold, offered for sale, held in possession for sale, shipped or transported in the Province shall be graded, packed and marked in accordance with the Canada Agricultural Products Act and the Regulations under it. The text consists of 8 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application of Regulation (2); Licensing (3); Branch licences (4); Licences for the sale and purchase of inedible egg product (5); Advertising (6); Detention (7); Offence (8); One Schedule is enclosed concerning licence fees.
