Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Waste Reduction and Prevention Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to a electrical and electronic equipment programme. The text – consisting of 21 sections – deals with the following aspects: designation of material, prohibitions, requirements for the aforementioned programme, application for approval, issuance of approval, procedure for refusal of approval or renewal, reports and confidentiality and general provisions.
