Emergency Program Management Regulation (B.C. Reg. 477/94).

The present Regulation is made under the Emergency Program Act. In particular, the Regulation identifies duties and responsibilities of provincial ministries and government corporations in relation to specific hazards and generally in the event of an emergency.
