Abstract
The present Order is made under the Financial Administration Act and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to fees charged by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency. In this connexion, section 2 establishes that proponents of project must pay a service charge to the afore-mentioned Agency.The text consists of 4 sections and 1 Schedule.
