Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Oil and Gas Activities Act. Section 4 deals with water and establishes the objectives with respect to water quality, quantity and timing of flow are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "government's environmental objectives" in section 1 (2) of the Act. The text consists of 39 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Definitions and application (1); Permit considerations and directions (2); Environmental protection and management requirements (3); Classification, identification and establishment (4).
