Environmental Violations Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations (SOR/2017-109).

The present Regulations are made under the Environmental Violations Administrative Monetary Penalties Act (S.C. 2009, c 14, s 126). Section 2 establishes that the contravention of a provision of an Environmental Act or of any of its regulations that is set out in column 1 of Schedule 1 is designated as a violation that may be proceeded with in accordance with the Act.
