Export and Import of Hazardous Wastes Regulations (SOR/92-637).

The present Regulations enact subsection 45(3) of the Canadian Environment Protection Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations «hazardous waste" means a product, substance or organism intended for disposal or recycling, including storage prior to disposal or recycling. The text consists of 33 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Notice (I); Export and import of hazard wastes for disposal (II); Export and import of hazard wastes for recycling (III); General provisions (IV); Manifest requirements (V). Four Schedules complete the Regulations.
