Abstract
The present Regulations provide for the discipline of extended producer responsibility, and applies just to designated material identified under the schedules (hazardous and special products; packaging and paper products). These Regulations lay down the discipline of the stewardship program; this includes plan approval, renewal, amendment, annual reporting.
