Farm Products Containers Act, 1990 (R.S.O. 1990, c. F.7).

The present Act lays down provisions relating to containers for farm products. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to terms employed therein, such as “association”, “container”, “farm products”, “licence”, “producer”. The Minister may appoint a Director to administer and enforce this Act and may appoint inspectors to carry out the audits. Every association shall, upon the request of an inspector, produce or furnish their records that relate to the receipt and expenditure of fees received from sellers of containers and producers who have purchased containers outside Ontario. The Act consists of 7 articles.
