Abstract
An institute may be incorporated under this Act, inter alia, for promoting the theory and practice of agriculture; to act on behalf of its members in all matters incidental to agricultural pursuits and rural development; to arrange for the purchase, distribution or sale of commodities, supplies or products (sect. 3). The Act spells out administrative and financial procedures. (30 sections)
