Abstract
The present Regulation enforces the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 (S.O. 2002, c. 32). The present Regulations sets out requirements on financial details about a municipality’s lead service pipe replacement programme to be included in their overall financial plans. Section 2 establishes that the financial plans: i) must include a statement that the financial impacts of the drinking water system have been considered, and ii) must apply for a period of at least six years. The text consists of 7 sections.
