Finfish Aquaculture Waste Control Regulation (B.C. Reg. 256/2002).

The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. Section 8 of the Regulation establishes that an operator of a fish plant must implement a “Best Management Practices Plan” for the operation and maintenance of the facility consistent with the objectives listed in this section. Two Schedules are enclosed: Baseline inventory (A) and Operational monitoring (B).
