Fish Inspection Act ([RSBC 1996] Chapter 148).

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the inspection of establishments handling fish and the issuing of licences. For the purpose of the present Act "fish" means any fish, including shell fish and crustaceans, and aquatic animals, and any parts, products or by-products of them.
