Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to fishing processing licences, fishing processing licences fees and the processing of fish. The text – consisting of 22 sections – deals with the following aspects: canned fish, cannery, catch, processing establishments, licences, licence holder and length of fish. Six Schedules are enclosed.
