Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the issuing of salmon fishing licences and related fees. The text – consisting of 13 sections – deals with the following aspects: definitions, types of fishing licences, qualifications - resident general fishing licence, qualifications - resident salmon fishing licence, qualifications - non-residents fishing licences, tagging of Atlantic salmon, open seasons/bag limits/possession limits, information reports, terms and conditions of fishing licence and penalty.
Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 15 February 1988.
