Abstract
The present Regulation enacts several sections of the Forest and Range Practices Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to forest planning and practices. The text consists of 114 sections divided into 10 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Forest Stewardship Plans (2); Site Plans (3); Practice Requirements (4); Roads (5); Notifying and reporting to government (6); Exemption and relief from or funding of obligations (7); Offences (8); Miscellaneous (9); Transition (10). Two Schedules are enclosed.
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 31 January 2004.
