Abstract
The present Regulation enacts sections 141, 143 and 148 of the Forest and Range Practices Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to recreational forests. The text consists of 24 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Public recreation orders on Crown land (2); Unauthorized trail or recreation facility construction (3); Use of recreation sites, recreation trails and interpretive forest sites (4); Fees (5); Enforcement (6).
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 31 January 2004.
