Forfeiture of Seized Property Regulations, NS Reg 83/99.

The Minister of Natural Resources through these Regulations, pursuant to Section 101(1) of the Wildlife Act, R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 504 order the automatic forfeiture to Her Majesty in Right of the Province property, including wildlife, seized from a person convicted of the offences under the Wildlife Act, Firearm and Bow Regulations, General Wildlife Regulations, and offences under specific Game Sanctuaries regulations these include: hunting without a permit, exceeding seasonal bag limit; hunting, taking or killing protected wildlife, etc.
