The Regulations identify prescribed invasive species for the purpose of the Act, distinguishing between prohibited (Tables 1, 2, 3, and 3.1) and restricted invasive species (Tables 4 and 5). The Regulations also discipline additional prohibited activities with respect to restricted invasive species ( plants and Eurasian wild boars). Exemptions are also considered: emergencies, incidental catch while fishing, dead and eviscerated fish, Red Swamp Crayfish for human consumption, etc.
