The Regulations identifies prescribed persons for the purposes of clause 5 (1) (b) of the Act (Drainage works constructed on petition), for the purposes of subsection 6 (1) of the Act (Notice that environmental appraisal is required) for the purposes of subsection 10 (2) of the Act (Consideration of report), for the purposes of subsection 41 (1) of the Act (Notice of drainage works) for the purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection 78 (2) of the Act. Part II clarifies approval process for minor improvements to drainage works.
