The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Assessment Act. At the outset the Regulation contains a definition clause relating to terms therein employed, such as, for example ,”dam reconstruction”, “development corporation”, “exclusive right-of-way”, “fish and wildlife habitat management”, “generation facility”, “renewable energy generation facility”, “renewable energy testing project”. Section 2 lists the requirements which an environmental assessment submitted to the Minister shall contain., for example, a brief summary of the environmental assessment, a list of studies and reports which are under the control of the proponent and which were done in connection with the undertaking or matters related to the undertaking. The text consists of 16 sections.
