Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to geological and geophysical surveys and activities and provides information and data to be used by government and industry to analyze and evaluate the potential for oil and gas resources and potential geologic hazards of offshore areas. The text consists of 12 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Reports (2); Survey monuments (3); Geophysical exploration near pipeline, utility, residence, etc. (4); Hole plugging (5); Marking shot holes (6); Misfired charges (7); Flow of gas or water (8); Refuse removal (9); Campsite cleanup and restoration (10); Repair of damage (11); Obligations on cancellation or cessation of operations (12).
