Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Plant Protection Act (S.C. 1990, c. 22). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to compensation payments for treatment of potato plants against golden nematode, a species of potato cyst nematode being considered a quarantine pest in Canada. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Compensation (2); Application for compensation (3); Coming into force (4). One Schedule is enclosed.
