Grasslands Park Surface Rights Regulations (R.R.S. c. P-31 Reg. 5).

The present Regulations are made under the Provincial Lands Act. In particular, section 2 establishes that the Minister of Parks and Renewable Resources is hereby authorized: a) to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada in accordance with the provisions set out in the agreement contained in the Appendix granting surface rights to the Government of Canada with respect to the provincial lands described in Schedule A to that agreement; b) to enter into and execute an agreement with the Government of Canada substantially in the form of the agreement contained in the Appendix.
