Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Great Bear Rainforest (Forest Management) Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation «AAC» means allowable annual cut and «special forest management areas» are areas where commercial timber harvesting is not allowed. Section 2 lays down provisions relating to the designation of such special forest management areas. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Designation of special forest management areas (2); Allowable annual cut reductions and original and current allowable annual cuts for forest licences (3); Original and current allowable annual cuts for tree farm licence areas (4).
