Abstract
The present Act has the purpose to mitigate climate change through the panCanadian application of pricing mechanisms to a broad set of greenhouse gas emission sources and to make consequential amendments to other Acts. The text consists 5 sections containing provisions on fuel charge, Industrial Greenhouse emissions, Offences and Punishment and enforcement.
