Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Health of Animals Act (S.C. 1990, c. 21). In particular, the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Health of Animals Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations excluding certain buildings and premises from the de finition “hatchery”.
