Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the limitation imposed on hunting activities. For the purpose of the present Regulation “bag limits” means the maximum number of a species or type of wildlife that a person may take or kill: a) in the case of big game and wild turkeys, in a licence year, and b) in the case of birds, other than wild turkeys, in one day. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Game birds and wild turkeys (2); Deer (3); Elk (4); Moose (5); Caribous (6); Black bear (7); Gray (timber) wolf (8); Coyote (8.1.); Miscellaneous provisions (9). Eight Schedules are enclosed.
