Land Stewardship Fund Regulation (Alta Reg. 31/2011).

The present Regulation is enacted under the Public Lands Act. Section 2 establishes that in n addition to the purpose in section 11.2(2)(a) of the Act, the Fund may be used for the following: a) to provide grants made by the Minister under the Environment Grant Regulation (AR 182/2000); b) to pay for expenses that are directly associated with the sale of public land referred to in section 11.2(3) of the Act.
