Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation amends section 158 of the afore-mentioned Act dealing with restriction of application for the registration of the fee simple. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definition (1); Amendments to section 158 of the Act (2); Land title district boundaries (3); Prescribed mortgage terms (4); Excluded instruments (5).
