Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Canada Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the licensing of dealers in agricultural products and the arbitration of complaints concerning agricultural products. The text – consisting of 45 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: issue of licences, agricultural products, licence cancellation and suspension, complaint filed with the Board.
