Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Oil and Gas Activities Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to permit procedures for establishing liquefied natural gas facilities. The text consists of 25 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Applications for LNG facility permit (2); Applications for LNG facility permit (3); Operating requirements (4); General (5). Three Schedules are enclosed.
