Abstract
The present Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act. The purpose of the Regulation is to protect native fish in Nova Scotia. It shall be illegal to have a live fish in possession except for cases listed in section 4 of the present Regulations. The text consists of 4 sections.
