Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order provides for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Manitoba. Section 4 establishes that no person shall buy or purchase milk except from or through the Commodity Board and no producer shall sell milk except to or through the Commodity Board. The text consists of 7 sections.
